These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gojdsbet ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered via the gojdsbet website, mobile interface, or any associated application. By completing the registration process and activating an account on gojdsbet, the Player confirms their unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version of the agreement. gojdsbet operates exclusively in English across all pages, support channels, and communications. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be considered binding; in the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

gojdsbet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the gojdsbet website unless a specific future date is stated. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the gojdsbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflicting provision specifically relates to data protection, in which case the Privacy Policy governs.

Access to and use of gojdsbet is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• The Player must be at least 18 years of age. gojdsbet strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• The Player must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on their own behalf.

gojdsbet takes its age-verification obligations seriously. The Platform employs both automated age-screening at registration and manual document-based KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal. Any account found to have been registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any balance held on such an account will be reviewed and may be forfeited subject to applicable policy.

One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on gojdsbet. Accurate Registration Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure.

Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. gojdsbet strongly recommends that all players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available from the account security settings panel. The Player must notify gojdsbet support immediately if they suspect that their account credentials have been compromised. gojdsbet will not be held liable for any losses arising from the Player's failure to protect their login credentials.

KYC Verification

Before processing the first withdrawal, gojdsbet requires the Player to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A document confirming the Player's residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within 90 days).

• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• Players must only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches at the Platform's discretion.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to two hours.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A "new player" is defined as a person registering their first account on gojdsbet.
• Reload and ongoing promotions are available to verified players who have completed at least one deposit and withdrawal cycle.
• Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit below the minimum qualifying deposit for a promotion are not eligible for that promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine play — are strictly prohibited. gojdsbet reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on gojdsbet are governed by the rules and procedures described in this section and, where applicable, the specific rules published for each market or game type within the platform interface.

Sportsbook Bets

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the case of a technical error causing a manifestly incorrect price, gojdsbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The Platform may void a bet if it is determined to have been placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a pattern of fraudulent activity.
• In-play betting odds are updated continuously. A bet placed during a live event is accepted at the odds prevailing at the exact moment the Platform's system registers the bet confirmation — not at the odds displayed when the Player first opened the bet slip.
• Cricket markets (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series) follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or a result being declared by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.).

Casino Games

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.).

Disputes

As a condition of holding an account on gojdsbet, the Player agrees to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate investigation, possible account suspension, and permanent closure:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identification, impersonating another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to the Player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including sharing hole cards in poker, sharing betting intelligence, or agreeing to split winnings across accounts.
• Match-Fixing: Betting on events in which the Player has inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or in which the Player is directly or indirectly involved in influencing the outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting pricing differences between gojdsbet and other platforms to lock in risk-free profits in a systematic manner.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated process to place bets or interact with casino games outside of normal human play.
• Money Laundering: Using gojdsbet as a vehicle for depositing, cycling, and withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering or terrorism financing. gojdsbet maintains an active anti-money-laundering (AML) program and cooperates fully with applicable law enforcement authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Holding or using more than one account on the platform, as described in Section 3.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at gojdsbet staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

gojdsbet reserves the right to conduct investigations into any suspected breach of this section. During an active investigation, the Platform may place a temporary hold on the Player's account and associated balances. The Player will be informed of the investigation unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the review process.

gojdsbet may suspend or permanently close a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A verified self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity (an account showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant; after 24 months of inactivity, the Platform may close the account and return any remaining real-money balance to the Player's last registered payment method after deducting an administrative processing fee of ৳200 per month of dormancy).

Voluntary Closure

A Player wishing to close their gojdsbet account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 English support team via live chat or by sending a written request to support@gojdsbet. Upon receiving a closure request, gojdsbet will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure via their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is locked and they will not receive marketing communications from gojdsbet. Re-activating an account after a self-exclusion period requires a written request and a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before access is restored.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gojdsbet, its directors, employees, technology partners, and payment processors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or account balances arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or platform maintenance windows that affect the Player's ability to place bets or access their account.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank).
• Unauthorised access to the Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from the use of the gojdsbet platform.

gojdsbet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to registered players in advance via their account dashboard where operationally feasible.

Nothing in this section limits gojdsbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Platform, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

gojdsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions on the gojdsbet website, with the effective date and last-reviewed date updated accordingly.

Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it significantly alters the Player's rights or obligations — gojdsbet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via their registered email address or via a notification within the account dashboard prior to the change taking effect. For minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially alter the agreement, notification may not be issued and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

If a Player does not accept an amendment to these Terms, they must cease using the platform and may close their account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 8. Continued use of gojdsbet after any update constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
